Important Tips
Please charge Zopec Explore 4000 battery (~6 hours) until 100% charged (LED = FF) before first use. It is normal if the capacity does not change for 3 to 4 hours. If charging issues occur, please run your CPAP on the battery until it turns off on its own then try recharging again. This deep discharge resets the battery. See troubleshooting section if charging issues persist. Please turn off Heated Tube function on your CPAP machine before use with battery. Heated Humidifier use will reduce run-time by 50-60%.
Keep battery dry and away from liquid. Spot clean white plastic with cloth.
